Since the birth of Aggie’s Arts in 2007, our operations here in the US have been based out of my living room. It has been a prayer of ours for a long while that we would have an opportunity to move into an office space of some kind. In the summer of 2012, we began to see the answer to this prayer. A local church family, Southside Baptist Church, had a space that was going to be coming available. The Lord opened doors for Aggie’s Arts to make use of this space. In God’s perfect timing, we began moving in to our very first Aggie’s Arts Office in December of 2012.
The building we are in is actually a house. And we have the whole house! The house was previously used as the ministry house for Southside’s Middle School group. Over the past few months, many volunteers have been working to transform the space into the Aggie’s Arts Office. Our team has cleaned, painted, built shelves, changed out lights, organized inventory, gathered furniture, and much more is yet to be done.
We are absolutely thrilled by what God is doing with the Aggie’s Arts Office already! We have Office Hours Mon/Tue/Thu 9:30-12:30 and already have people stopping in to help out, shop, or learn more about what we do. Having this space is going to be a great asset for our ministry.
To celebrate this wonderful blessing, we invite you to join us for an Open House. Come see the house, have a treat, check out our jewelry, and learn about volunteer opportunities.
